Esendagli: Progressing through Procedures, Process Continues – BRTK
The first hearing for the public officials involved in the collapse of the Adıyaman Grand Isias Hotel has concluded. The President of the Bar Association, Hasan Esendağlı, addressed the media following the interim decisions of the court.
Esendağlı stated that the public officials were accused of conscious negligence and that the first session of the hearing had been completed. The case has been postponed to July 16 for the arrangement of the expert report.
The defendants were not detained, and the judicial control conditions were continued. Their request for exemption from attending the hearings was rejected.
