Establishment of Prime Ministry Council and Presentation of Activity and Financial Report at UBP Congress – BRTK
The 23rd Congress of the National Unity Party (UBP) was held recently, where important decisions were made and reports were presented.
During the Congress, the Presidential Council was formed with Mahmut Özçınar as the Chairman of the Board, Emrah Yeşilırmak as the Vice-Chairman of the Board, and members Yasemin Öztürk, Hakan Fellahoğlu, and Osman İlter Zeki. In his opening speech, Mahmut Özçınar emphasized the importance of unity and solidarity in moving the country forward and wished success to all candidates.
The Congress was attended by President Ersin Tatar, as well as guests from Turkey and Azerbaijan. The event began with an enthusiastic welcome from party members and candidates, with the hall decorated with balloons. The message of UBP Honorary President Derviş Eroğlu, who could not attend, was also shared during the Congress.
Secretary General Oğuzhan Hasipoğlu presented the activity report, while Party Treasurer Özgür Arıkan shared the financial report, which was accepted by the party members. Guest speakers at the General Assembly included Ramil Hasan from the New Azerbaijan Party and Efkan Ala, Deputy Chairman of the Justice and Development Party (AKP).
The Congress will also include voting for the party assembly and the General Presidential Election, with a total of 21 thousand members eligible to vote. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and a sense of unity as the party members came together to make important decisions for the future.
