After a long hiatus, Spanish low-cost airline Vueling is making a comeback in Budapest this December. According to Hungarian aviation news source Budflyer, Vueling will be connecting Budapest with the city of Bilbao.
Instead of the previous route to Barcelona, travelers will now have the option to fly from Budapest Airport to Bilbao on Vueling aircraft. The service will include six flights between December 5th and January 1st, operating under flight numbers Y3294 and Y3295. One-way tickets are priced starting at EUR 52.
Experts believe that the December launch of this route presents an opportunity to generate increased demand. If the results are positive, Vueling may consider extending this service into the summer season of 2025.
