Factory Explosion in Sakarya: Numerous Injuries Reported
An explosion occurred at a pasta factory in Hendek, Sakarya, causing injuries to 21 individuals, with 2 reported as serious. Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yusuf Alemdar stated that the explosion was on the rooftop and teams are currently on-site working to control the fire with minimal damage. The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
The Ministry of Health reported that treatment for the injured is ongoing in hospitals.
