Family Refuses Funeral for Dead Body Found
A tragic incident occurred in the Serdivan district yesterday when the lifeless body of a 30-year-old dancer, identified as TT, was found in her home by her friends. Health and police teams were immediately called to the scene upon receiving the news.
Medical teams at the site confirmed that TT had passed away, leading the police to focus their investigation on the possibility of suicide. It was also revealed that the young woman had previously made attempts to take her own life.
Following the autopsy procedures, TT’s family from Şanlıurfa, including her aunt, brother-in-law, and cousins, arrived from Mersin. Despite the family’s refusal to accept the circumstances surrounding TT’s death, she was laid to rest in the Emirsultan-2 Cemetery in the Adapazarı district after funeral prayers at the Karaosman Mosque.
TT’s funeral was attended by her aunt, brother-in-law, cousins, friends, and members of the mosque community. The tragic incident has left the community in shock, and the investigation into the circumstances leading to TT’s untimely death is ongoing.
