“Fatal 4-Vehicle Collision Claims 2 Lives”
Two people have died and several others have been injured in a multi-vehicle accident on the Kuyucak-Denizli road in Turkey. The incident occurred at around 22:00 when the driver of a car lost control of the vehicle, swerving into the opposite lane. The driver of an oncoming TIR lorry managed to avoid a collision but overturned due to the sudden maneuver. A truck driver who saw the accident stopped and parked at the safety lane while a van hit the parked truck from behind. Emergency services were quickly dispatched to the scene, but sadly, Adil Boyacıoğlu, who was trapped in the pickup truck, was pronounced dead at the scene. His wife, Arife Boyacıoğlu, was taken to Nazilli State Hospital by ambulance but succumbed to her injuries. The Kuyucak-Denizli direction was closed for two hours due to the overturned lorry. An investigation into the accident continues.
