Tragic Accident in Kilitkaya: Driver Killed, Passenger Injured
A fatal accident occurred today on the anonymous earth road in the Red Rock Location in Kilitkaya. According to the Police Press Officer, at 16.00, Mehmet Luman (E-64) was driving a MR 244 plate Pick-up vehicle when, due to negligence, he veered off the road and crashed.
Tragically, the driver, Mehmet Luman, lost his life at the scene of the accident. Additionally, Gülten Luman (K-64), who was a passenger in the vehicle, sustained injuries and was taken to Famagusta State Hospital for treatment, where she remains under medical care.
