Fatal Car Crash in Balıkesir: One Dead
A tragic accident occurred on the Balıkesir ring road in the Izmir direction late at night. The driver of the car, identified as E.C., lost control of the steering wheel, causing the vehicle with plate number 10 AIS 979 to veer off the road and crash into a pile of iron on the roadside. Emergency services, including the gendarmerie, fire brigade, and medical teams, rushed to the scene after other drivers reported the incident. Despite efforts to rescue E.C. from the vehicle, paramedics determined that he had tragically passed away. His body was taken to the Atatürk City Hospital morgue, while the gendarmerie initiated an investigation into the accident.
