Fatal Collision: Car Crashes with Tanker in Bursa, Resulting in 1 Death and 1 Injury
A tragic accident occurred on the Iznik-Orhangazi highway near Boyalıca District, as a cement-laden tanker collided with a car. The tanker, driven by İrfan G. (54), crashed into the car driven by Okan K., resulting in a fatal outcome for the latter.
Okan K. tragically lost his life at the scene of the accident, while his passenger, Gültekin S., sustained serious injuries. Emergency service teams rushed Gültekin S. to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
In addition to the devastating loss of life and injuries, a fire broke out in the tanker following the collision. Thankfully, firefighters were able to extinguish the flames before further damage could occur.
