A Fatal Accident on the D-100 Highway: One Dead
A tragic accident occurred on the D-100 highway as a light commercial vehicle crashed into the back of a truck, resulting in the loss of life and injuries. The incident took place as the vehicle, driven by Barış D., was heading towards Ankara and collided with the truck driven by Fatih P., which was also traveling in the same direction.
Unfortunately, Yavuz Selim Aşık, who was in the light commercial vehicle at the time of the collision, lost his life when the vehicle overturned due to the impact. Barış D. sustained injuries and was promptly transported to Atatürk State Hospital for medical attention following the intervention of dispatched medical teams.
Authorities also confirmed that the body of Aşık, the victim of the crash, was transported to the morgue of Atatürk State Hospital.
