Three Police Officers Injured in Highway Accident, One Fatality
A tragic accident occurred at the Hendek crossing of the highway when a vehicle containing three police officers from the Ankara Police Department Protection Branch crashed into the back of a truck with a foreign plate. The collision resulted in three police officers being injured, and unfortunately, one of them did not survive.
Emergency services were quickly notified and dispatched to the area to provide assistance. The injured police officers received initial treatment at the scene before being transferred to Hendek State Hospital for further medical care.
Despite the efforts of medical personnel, one of the injured police officers tragically succumbed to their injuries. The other two officers are currently receiving treatment for their injuries.
The exact cause of the accident is still under investigation, and authorities are working to determine the circumstances that led to the collision.
