Fatal Fire Breaks Out in 3-Story Hotel in Ataşehir, Istanbul
A tragic fire broke out in a 3-storey hotel in Ataşehir, Istanbul, resulting in 3 deaths and 2 injuries. The incident occurred at around 03.30 on Üsküdar Street in Ferhatpaşa District. The fire, which started for an unknown reason on the minus first floor of the hotel, led to the evacuation of 5 people staying at the hotel. Firefighters were able to rescue the individuals, but unfortunately, 3 of the injured victims later passed away due to their injuries.
The fire, believed to have originated in the kitchen section of the hotel, was eventually extinguished. Two hotel operators were detained in connection with the incident as investigations continue. Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of those affected by this devastating tragedy.
