Fatal Storm Claims Two Lives in Tennessee, USA
A severe storm in the United States has resulted in tragedy, as a mother and daughter from the same household lost their lives in the region. The Morgan County Emergency Management and Internal Security Agency reported that 3 other individuals were injured in the storm, which caused serious material damage, injuries, and loss of life.
In addition to the human impact, the storm also left more than 2,700 people throughout the region without electricity, according to data from “Poweroutage.us”. Tennessee road patrol units have been deployed to assess building damage in the area.
As a result of the significant damage caused by the storm, education has been suspended on February 7 in some schools in the region, as announced on the website of the Morgan County School Zone.
