February 2025 Kantara Youth Camp Winter Camp Cancelled for Renovations
The February 2025 winter camp at the Kantara Youth Camp has been canceled this year due to ongoing renovations. The Youth Department, under the Deputy Prime Ministry, Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Environment, is carrying out renovations in the dining hall and kitchen sections of the camp.
Youth Department Director Hüseyin Ozanoğlu announced that the exterior of the building has been rebuilt, kitchen equipment has been renewed, and renovation work is in progress on the floor of the dining hall. As they prepare for the upcoming summer season, the Kantara Youth Camp, which is popular among young people, will not be hosting winter camps in February.
