The Black Sea Region experienced temperatures below normal in certain areas, while the Eastern Anatolia Region had temperatures below seasonal norms in places like Başkale and Sarıkamış.

Lastly, the Southeastern Anatolia Region saw temperatures around the seasonal norms, with the lowest temperature in Diyarbakır at -9.9 degrees and the highest in Ceylanpınar at 20.9 degrees.
