Fidesz: Always Putting Hungary First

The European Parliament list leader of Hungary’s ruling Fidesz-Christian Democrats, Tamás Deutsch, emphasized the importance of prioritizing Hungary in a recent campaign launch event for the upcoming European Parliament election. Deutsch praised the candidates on the EP list, describing them as dedicated patriots who have already showcased their talent, forming a winning team of freedom fighters.
In a strong statement, Deutsch compared recent events in Brussels to actions taken by authoritarian regimes, stating that Brussels has become akin to a new Moscow. He criticized the banning of a conservative event, labeling it as a violation of law and an attack on freedom of speech. Deutsch expressed his belief that the difference between “sensible Europeans” and those in Brussels who abuse their power lies in their stance on peace, with the former advocating for peace while the latter promotes war.
Deutsch also called out Hungary’s “dollar left”, accusing them of working against the country’s interests in Brussels and committing acts of “high treason”. He urged Hungarian voters to support candidates in the European Parliament elections who are loyal to national values and the Hungarian coat of arms.
As the election approaches, Deutsch’s message to prioritize Hungary and its values resonates with supporters of the ruling Fidesz-Christian Democrats. The upcoming European Parliament election will be a crucial opportunity for Hungarian voters to make their voices heard and support candidates who will represent their interests on the European stage.
