Fine of 192,000 Lira for Unauthorized Flashing Device

Provincial Police Department Traffic Inspection Branch teams in Turkey recently made a significant discovery while inspecting Ragıp Gümüş Pala Street in Yenidoğan District. A car was pulled over using a flashlight, and upon further examination, it was revealed that the flashing light on the vehicle was irregular.
As a result of this violation, the driver, identified as Z.C., and the vehicle owner were each fined a hefty sum of 96 thousand liras for “using unauthorized flashlights”. In addition, Z.C.’s driver’s license was confiscated for a period of 30 days.
Furthermore, the vehicle itself was banned from traffic for the same 30-day period and was promptly taken to a parking lot by a tow truck.
