Fire in Çanakkale’s Agricultural Land Extinguished
A fire broke out late at night in agricultural land near the village of Türkmenli in the Bayramiç district. The flames quickly spread due to the strong winds and reached the forest area. Multiple teams were immediately dispatched to the scene upon receiving the alert.
Thanks to the swift and intensive efforts of the teams, the fire was brought under control in approximately 2 hours. Currently, the teams are continuing with the cooling work in the region to ensure that there are no remaining hotspots.
