A fire broke out on two boats anchored on the beach in Cibali Neighborhood, Abdülezelpaşa Street in Fatih, causing panic among residents. The flames quickly grew and spread to the adjacent boat before the police, fire, and medical teams arrived at the scene to extinguish the fire.
The police immediately took security measures around the area while firefighters worked tirelessly to put out the flames. As a result of their efforts, the fire was successfully extinguished, but not without causing significant damage to the boats.
The incident also led to disruptions in the Cibali stop of the T5 Alibeyköy-Eminönü tram line. Fortunately, there were no reports of injuries or casualties as a result of the fire.
