Five People Arrested in Bursa Drug Operation
The Provincial Police Department’s Anti-Narcotic Crimes Branch Directorate and Intelligence Branch Directorate recently conducted a successful operation targeting individuals involved in drug trafficking. As a result of their efforts, 5 suspects were detained after a search warrant was issued.
During the operation, searches were carried out at the suspects’ residences and workplaces, leading to the discovery of a hidden greenhouse equipped with special tools and plants. Among the items seized were heat meter thermostats, air conditioners, fans, ventilation motors, air compressors, and ventilation filters. Additionally, 1500 cannabis roots, an unlicensed gun, and 70 thousand 800 liras in cash were confiscated.
The suspects are currently undergoing further procedures at the police station as the investigation continues. This successful operation demonstrates the dedication and effectiveness of law enforcement in combating drug trafficking and related crimes.
