Flash’s Expulsion from CHP Sparks Lawsuit for Congress Cancellation

Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into allegations made by War, his lawyer Onur Yusuf Üregen, regarding “Votes for money on the day of the congress.” Following the statement from the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, War conducted research and spoke to numerous congress delegates. The delegates reported that houses, cars, iPhone phones, iPad tablets, job opportunities, and promises of municipal positions were exchanged for votes. Additionally, social media and news were used to manipulate the election results.
Furthermore, news texts revealed that some delegates and their relatives were employed by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, while many delegates were promised mayoral positions. A petition has been filed requesting the dismissal of the CHP administration and the cancellation of the congress results. It is alleged that the will of the delegates was manipulated through various acts of bribery.
The petition emphasized that the current chairman received only 18 votes from 2 candidates, indicating potential misconduct in the election process. It was suggested that the election results be nullified due to the crimes committed during the congress. The petition also called for the immediate dismissal of the CHP Central Board of Directors, the Party Assembly, and the High Disciplinary Board for attempting to pressure delegates and party members during the case.
As the investigation unfolds, it remains to be seen how the allegations will be addressed and what actions will be taken in response to the claims of vote manipulation and bribery. Stay tuned for updates on this developing story.
