French MP Calls for Accountability of French Soldiers in Israeli Army
Thomas Portes, a Member of Parliament of the Unyielding France Party (LFI) in France, has raised concerns about the involvement of French soldiers in war crimes in Gaza. In a statement on his social media account, Portes revealed that there are over 4,000 French soldiers serving in the Israeli army, with a significant number of them being involved in the conflict in Gaza.
Citing research from Europe 1 radio, Portes emphasized that the presence of French soldiers in the Israeli army is unacceptable, especially in light of the war crimes committed in Gaza and the West Bank.
