Fundamental Rights Centre Launches Anti-Woke Community Movement
The Centre for Fundamental Rights is set to launch a new project called Wokebusters, aiming to establish a right-wing “rapid response unit” that will serve as an international communications hotline. In addition, Wokebusters will function as an online and offline political action community, as announced by the organisation’s director on Tuesday.
Miklós Szanthó, the director, emphasized the importance of raising anti-globalist sentiments to an international level in opposition to what he described as “liberal, communist woke phenomena.” He stressed the need for strategic organization of right-wing forces globally, highlighting the key role of the Hungarian right wing in this endeavor.
Gavin Wax, the international spokesman for Wokebusters and the head of the New York Young Republican Club, underscored the significance of uniting conservative ideologies worldwide in an alliance. He portrayed Wokebusters as a countermeasure against left-wing organizations, criticizing their actions such as going against traditional values and norms, as seen in the Olympics. Wax suggested that unity could be achieved in the United States by rallying behind Donald Trump.
