Gardiyanoğlu: Barrier-Free Living House Tender Completed and Signed
Minister of Labor and Social Security, Sadık Gardiyanoğlu, announced today that the tender for the Barrier-Free Living House in Demirhan has been successfully completed. This exciting news was shared during a program where the Minister was a guest.
Gardiyanoğlu explained that the specifications for the Barrier-Free Living House had to be completely revised due to a theft incident that occurred in the past. The Barrier-Free Living House project in Demirhan has faced numerous setbacks in the past, but significant progress has been made in recent months. With the support of the Central Bank, the tender for the repair and renovation construction project was awarded to Ceman Construction. The project is valued at Nine Million Six Hundred and Sixty-six Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy-Eight Turkish Liras and Six Kurus (9,666,778.06 TL), and is expected to be completed within 120 working days.
The signing ceremony for the project took place on April 19, 2024, with Barış Tosunoğlu representing Ceman Construction and Minister Gardiyanoğlu overseeing the formalities. This milestone marks a significant step forward in the efforts to make the Barrier-Free Living House in Demirhan fully operational and accessible to all individuals.
