Muş Governor Avni Çakır visited the security forces in the Şenyayla region with Provincial Gendarmerie Regiment Deputy Commander Colonel Ahmet Kaya and Provincial Police Chief Serkan Karaman to celebrate the new year of the gendarmerie. Governor Çakır expressed his gratitude to the security forces and thanked them for their superior understanding of duty, which has brought peace to the region. He also commended the efforts of the security forces in completely eliminating terrorism from the region and ensuring the safety and peace of the citizens.

After visiting the gendarmerie teams in Şenyayla, Governor Çakır and his entourage also congratulated and offered sweets to the gendarmerie teams operating in front of Muş Alparslan University, the 112 Emergency Call Center Directorate personnel, and the police officers at the police enforcement point at the city exit.
