Guide to KGM Worker Recruitment: Conditions and Staff Distribution
General Directorate of Highways (KGM) in Turkey has announced that it will be recruiting 3000 new personnel to be assigned to central and provincial organizations. The statement, which was released on the official website of the Directorate, stated that the new recruits will be employed on a permanent basis with an indefinite employment contract. Recruitment for the positions will be conducted through İŞKUR, and interested candidates who meet the announcement’s conditions can apply within a five-day period starting from April 27, 2023, by logging into the website with their TR ID number and password.
The new hires will have the opportunity to work in a variety of job positions such as Heavy Machine Oiler, Asphalt Master Assistant, Assistant Cook, Cook, Workshop Assistant, Maintenance Worker, Concrete Asphalt Spreader Assistant Operator, Building and Goods Caretaker, Flat Worker, Electrical Installation and Maintenance Master, Grader Operator, Construction Equipment Operator, Skilled Worker, Machine Operator, Laboratory and Application Facility Master, Carpenter, Plumber, Driver Operator, and Crane Operator. Candidates must hold a minimum of a primary school certificate and meet the qualification requirements according to the profession they wish to be hired for. Applicants must also be within the age range of 18-40.
