Hamdan Calls for International Action to Enforce Ceasefire Agreement
In a recent video recording, Hamdan highlighted Israel’s violations of the ceasefire agreement. He outlined six key areas of violations, including aid and housing, adherence to humanitarian protocols, violations in the field, treatment of prisoners, the border gate at Prosperity, and the Philadelphi corridor. Hamdan urged the international community, particularly the United Nations, to intervene and compel Israeli forces to abide by the terms of the agreement.
“We call on the International Society and the United Nations to force the invaders to return to the agreement and to force the permanent ceasefire,” Hamdan stated. He emphasized the importance of withdrawing all forces, providing aid and shelter to affected communities, and moving towards the second phase of rebuilding destroyed areas.
Furthermore, Hamdan called for the opening of border gates to facilitate the entry of life-saving aid into Gaza.
