Hamza Dağ: Serving the Nation is Our Priority
AK Party Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor candidate Hamza Dağ recently made a visit to the Federation of Aegean Elazığ Associations. During his visit, Dağ was joined by AK Party Konak Mayor candidate Ceyda Bölünmez Çankırı. Speaking to the members of the federation, Dağ expressed his gratitude for the support of the Gakgoş people during Turkey’s most difficult times. He emphasized the importance of national unity and democracy, stating that every difference is a richness. Dağ also quoted Yunus Emre, a famous Turkish poet, by saying, “We are all patterns on the same rug.”
Dağ highlighted that their main concern is the nation, and their goal is to serve the people. He emphasized their commitment to winning the hearts of the people and working tirelessly for the betterment of Izmir. Dağ also mentioned the projects they have announced and their promise to strengthen the economy and provide long-term solutions to the needs of various groups in the city.
Reflecting on the importance of unity, Dağ stated, “Strength comes from unity. There is negligence in separation. We will be unifying. This door is the door of hearts. We will govern this city by uniting, without dividing.”

She shared their plans of building a common conference area for various organizations in the district, emphasizing the need for unity and community participation.
