Health Minister Altuğra Sends Condolences
Turkish Minister of Health Izlem Gürçağ Altuğra expressed her condolences to Dr. Fahrettin Koca, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Turkey, for the loss of his grandmother, Sultan Yaylalı.
