Hezbollah Targets Israel for the First Time Following Pager and Radio Explosions

Israeli military positions were targeted with rockets and artillery fire in retaliation for Israel’s bombing of towns in southern Lebanon. This latest attack marks the first time that Israel has been targeted, following their actions of blowing up pagers and radios in Lebanon for two consecutive days.
In response to these attacks, the Israeli army has also announced that they have targeted Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon. Israeli warplanes were used to strike Hezbollah missile launchers, buildings, and infrastructure in the region. The army has stated that 25 rockets were fired from southern Lebanon towards the Kiryat Shmona settlement, but fortunately, there were no casualties reported.
According to reports from Israel’s Yediot Ahronot newspaper, fires have broken out in several areas of the Kiryat Shmona settlement as a result of the rockets fired from Lebanon. This escalation of tensions between Israel and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon is causing concern for the safety and security of the region. The situation remains tense as both sides continue to exchange fire and target each other’s locations.
