Horrific Incident in Esenyurt: Girlfriend Wounded, Mother Killed
A tragic incident took place on Suleymaniye neighborhood 740. Street in a 5-storey building’s basement at 19:30. Hasan E. was allegedly visited by his girlfriend, Melisa Nur G., when a heated argument ensued between them for unknown reasons. Reports suggest that Hasan E. first attacked Melisa G. with a knife and then struck his mother, Sevda G., on the head with a blunt object.
After the incident, the suspect, Hasan E., fled the scene, and the sounds of the commotion prompted a call to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Health and police teams arrived at the scene, where they found that Sevda G. had tragically passed away, while Melisa G. had sustained serious injuries. Melisa G. was promptly treated by health teams and transported to the hospital in an ambulance. Following an examination by the prosecutor, Sevda G.’s body was taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy.
Police are currently conducting a search to apprehend the suspect, Hasan E., who fled the scene. The investigation into this horrific incident is ongoing.
