e-Government refers to the provision of government services to citizens electronically. It aims to deliver government services to citizens in the easiest and most effective way, ensuring quality, speed, continuity, and safety. The e-Government approach replaces the bureaucratic and traditional state concept, enabling easy access to government institutions and their services for every institution and individual through information and communication technologies.
