
Hungary Honored Guest at Pujiang Innovation Forum

The Pujiang Innovation Forum in Shanghai kicked off on Saturday with Hungary taking on the role of a special guest. The four-day event aims to enhance research, scientific, and innovation collaborations between Hungary and China. Deputy state secretary for innovation, László Bódis, expressed Hungary’s commitment to strengthening ties with Chinese partners, citing China’s leading position in innovation and science worldwide.
Hungary aspires to be a frontrunner in science, research, and innovation globally, prompting the need for close partnerships with Chinese companies and universities. The Hungarian delegation, comprising around forty experts, company executives, and university leaders, is set to showcase Hungarian innovation excellence in various sectors at the forum. The Pujiang Innovation Forum, now in its 17th edition, first launched in 2008.
The event serves as a platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration opportunities, and showcasing cutting-edge innovations. Hungary’s participation underscores its commitment to leveraging international partnerships for mutual growth and advancement in the world of innovation.
