Baku Hosts Signing of Four MoUs at Islamic Chamber of Commerce Meeting
July 17, Baku- The 35th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (ICCIA) took place in Baku today, resulting in the signing of four important Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
The first MoU was signed between the Islamic Chamber Halal Services and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in the field of halal services and promote trade relations between the two parties.
The second MoU was signed between the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture of Mauritania and the ICCIA. This agreement seeks to enhance economic cooperation and promote bilateral trade between Mauritania and ICCIA member countries.
The third MoU was signed between Azerbaijan’s Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) and the ICCIA. This agreement aims to foster collaboration in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Azerbaijan, with a focus on providing support and creating favorable conditions for their growth.
The fourth MoU was signed between the ICCIA, KOBIA, International Association of Islamic Business, Azerbaijan’s State Tourism Agency, and Caspian Event Organizers LLC. This agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in the fields of tourism, business development, and event organization, with a particular focus on promoting Islamic business and tourism in Azerbaijan.
