The Mészáros Group has expressed its commitment to maintaining the brand that was established in 2009, upgrading the restaurant, and securing its long-term operation. The acquisition was carried out by Talentis Group, a member of the Mészáros Group, which acquired Pastrami Ltd., the operator of the restaurant, and Monyó Holding Ltd., the owner of the restaurant property.
Pastrami Restaurant in Budapest is renowned for its New York pastrami sandwich, a specialty that has its origins in Central Europe. The restaurant uses 6-800 kilograms of pastrami meat, a unique ingredient produced with specific know-how, every year for this signature sandwich.
