
Iftar Feast at Sultan Murat Barracks in Kosovo by Turkish Soldier

The President of the Kosovo Democratic Turkish Party (KDTP) and Regional Development Minister, Fikrim Damka, recently hosted an iftar dinner in Prizren, Kosovo. The event was attended by Türkiye’s Consul General of Prizren Celal Doğan, KDTP deputies Fidan Brina Jılta and Enis Kervan, as well as Turkish representatives and other guests, including Mayors and Turkish troops stationed in Kosovo.
After the iftar dinner, Colonel Sağlam delivered a speech highlighting the values of Ramadan and extended warm wishes for the holy month to all the guests in attendance. The Turkish soldier stationed at the Sultan Murat Barracks in Prizren has been serving in Kosovo since 1999.
This gathering not only provided an opportunity for members of the Turkish community in Kosovo to come together and celebrate Ramadan, but also showcased the strong bonds of friendship and cooperation between Turkey and Kosovo. The event was a symbol of solidarity and unity, emphasizing the importance of mutual respect and understanding among different cultures and communities.
