In Istanbul, Kocaeli, and Sakarya, heavy thunderstorms are expected tonight and tomorrow morning, prompting caution against floods and other potential issues. Similar warnings have been issued for regions like Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya, Isparta, and Antalya.
