Imperialism’s Pipe Blocked in Turkish Homeland
MHP Leader Beyza Coşkun Highlights Turkey’s Progress and Challenges
MHP (Nationalist Movement Party) leader Beyza Coşkun appeared at rallies in Çorum and Yozgat, where she emphasized Turkey’s achievements and challenges. Coşkun described the date of May 14, 2023, as a turning point for Turkey, noting that the torch of Turkey, the leading country, had been lit, and that the country’s walk had accelerated.
Coşkun also spoke about the forces that were trying to obstruct Turkey’s progress. She mentioned Turkey’s main opposition leader, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, accusing him of blocking Turkey’s path, with the support of the separatist terrorist organization PKK and FETO. She also noted that Selahattin Demirtaş, a jailed politician, had said he would vote for Kılıçdaroğlu in the upcoming Presidential elections.
Furthermore, Coşkun referenced an article in The Economist, which suggested that if the opposition were to come to power, Turkish foreign policy would change significantly, and a terror corridor would open along the southern borders. She also mentioned a newspaper from the same country that claimed Kılıçdaroğlu was breaking a taboo, and that President Erdogan would lose. Coşkun implied that these were part of a larger attempt to destabilize Turkey.
Coşkun concluded her speech by reaffirming Turkey’s independence, highlighting that its sovereignty could not be compromised by terrorists or global imperialism. She emphasized that Turkey would remain strong and resilient, despite the challenges it faced.
