Furthermore, the Minister revealed plans for expanding the healthcare workforce, with the addition of nurses, midwives, and physicians. He also outlined upcoming facility developments, including the opening of Kyrenia Hospital and Güzelyurt Hospital, as well as upgrades to existing healthcare centers.

Additionally, Dinçyürek emphasized the importance of modernizing healthcare infrastructure, such as the renovation of Lapta Health Center and the construction of new hospitals in Maraş and Değirmenlik. He also highlighted plans to enhance services at Famagusta Hospital and Nicosia Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital.

In terms of equipment and services, Dinçyürek announced plans to introduce new ambulances and revitalize the State Laboratory, which has been inactive for eight years. He also reassured the public of ongoing efforts to ensure uninterrupted drug supply through strategic tender processes.

Looking ahead to 2024, Minister Dinçyürek pledged to restructure the Department of Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacy to further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare system.
