Increase in Penalties for Price Gouging and Hoarding

The Bill on Amendments to the Turkish Commercial Code and Some Laws Submitted to Turkish Grand National Assembly

On the 3rd of May 2024, a new bill proposing amendments to the Turkish Commercial Code and some other laws, including penalties for exorbitant price increases and hoarding, was submitted to the Presidency of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
