Title: Internship Opportunity at Millennium Challenge Account Mongolia for Communications Unit

MCA-Mongolia is offering a non-paid internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in the Communications Unit.
Position Details:
The non-paid internship position is available in the Communications Unit, under the supervision of Communications Specialists. The internship will last for three months, with a weekly commitment of 20 hours.
Responsibilities:
The intern will assist the Communications team in various tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Posting procurement, vacancy, and press releases on the MCA Mongolia website.
2. Preparing press releases and translations.
3. Managing MCA Mongolia’s photo and video archive.
4. Preparing official meeting briefing packages.
5. Creating presentation documents for meetings.
6. Organizing and coordinating meetings.
7. Organizing and archiving documents.
8. Assisting with fixed memorabilia counting.
9. Undertaking other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Third or final year student, or a new graduate in fields such as Linguistics, Journalism, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related fields.
2. Bilingual proficiency.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Good command of English and strong academic performance.
5. Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.
6. Availability to work 20 hours per week.
