Minister Uraloğlu Emphasizes Importance of Sustainable Urban Mobility Investments
Minister Uraloğlu recently took to his social media account to share a post in honor of European Mobility Week. In his post, he highlighted the government’s commitment to promoting sustainability in urban mobility.
“We prioritize the comfort and well-being of our citizens in all transportation investments,” Uraloğlu stated. “In line with the values of European Mobility Week, we are expanding our urban and intercity public transportation networks, investing in initiatives to reduce carbon emissions on highways, and revitalizing our cities with the construction of bicycle and pedestrian paths, as seen in the Sirkeci-Kazlıçeşme Train Line project. Turkey is making great strides in sustainable transportation investments.”
