Israeli Soldiers Kill 2 Palestinians and Injure 64 in Attacks on West Bank Refugee Camp
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, Israeli soldiers have taken the lives of two Palestinians and injured 64 others in attacks on the occupied West Bank refugee camp. The soldiers have also confiscated the bodies of the Palestinians who were killed in the attacks.
In a written statement released by the Palestinian Red Crescent, it was reported that Israeli soldiers intervened in a group from the Ofer Military Prison in the West Bank who were gathering to meet Palestinians recently released from imprisonment. The Red Crescent teams were able to provide assistance to the injured individuals at the scene of the attacks.
The Gaza Strip, with the support of Israel and the US, has launched attacks on the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem. As a result, Palestinians have been facing heightened levels of detention, raids, and attacks in East Jerusalem. The ongoing violence has led to the loss of 880 Palestinian lives in the West Bank and East Jerusalem due to attacks by Israeli soldiers and settlers seizing Palestinian territory.
The situation in the region remains tense as the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians continues to escalate.
