Israeli Air and Artillery Strikes Target Gaza
Israeli Air Strikes Kill and Injure Many in Gaza Strip
Recent air attacks carried out by Israeli warplanes have resulted in the deaths and injuries of many people in the Gaza Strip. According to the official Palestinian news agency WAFA, the center of the Gaza Strip and the city of Rafah were targeted in these attacks.
Specifically, the houses of the Shitayvi and Tehravi families in Rafah city were bombed, resulting in 11 deaths and numerous injuries. Additionally, residential houses belonging to the Hammad and Ataallah families around the Sahaba Medical Complex in the center of Gaza were also targeted, leading to further loss of life and injuries.
Moreover, Israeli forces also targeted the houses of the Najjar and Hamuda families in the south of Khan Younis, leading to more casualties. Israeli artillery units continued to target several locations in Khan Younis throughout the night, resulting in additional deaths and injuries.
The Israeli army continues its air and ground attacks in many areas of the Gaza Strip, particularly in Khan Younis, Rafah, and the southern side of the city. The presence of Israeli army tanks in the area close to the bombed houses has made it difficult to reach the dead and injured under the rubble.
The ongoing attacks have sparked widespread condemnation and raised concerns about the escalating violence in the region. Many are calling for an end to the bloodshed and a peaceful resolution to the conflict. The international community is being urged to intervene and facilitate dialogue between the two sides in order to prevent further loss of life and suffering in the Gaza Strip.
