Israel Attacks Houses in Gaza, Resulting in Several Casualties
The Gaza Civil Defense Department has reported that Israel launched attacks on two houses in the town of Az-Zuwaydah in central Gaza and the southern city of Khan Younis. As a result of these attacks, a total of 6 people lost their lives.
Additionally, it was reported that 2 people were killed in an attack on Palestinians on El-Erneb Street in the Ketibe Neighborhood of Khan Younis. Another attack near the Al-Amal Hotel in the west of Gaza City also resulted in two casualties.
The statement released by the Gaza Civil Defense Department also mentioned that many Palestinians were injured in the attacked areas, although an exact number was not provided.
According to the latest reports, since October 7, a total of 39,175 Palestinians have been killed and 90,403 injured in Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip. Among the casualties are at least 16,172 children and 10,798 women. The Gaza Strip continues to suffer as there are still thousands of people trapped under rubble, while civilian infrastructure such as hospitals and educational institutions are being targeted and destroyed.
