Israeli politician Ben-Gvir calls for renewed attacks on Gaza
Israeli politician Ben-Gvir, speaking on X account, has called for a return to violent attacks on Gaza following the suspension of the 6th round of captive exchange with Hamas. He suggested that severe attacks should be organized in response to Hamas’ failure to fulfill commitments in a cease-fire agreement.
Ben-Gvir stated that humanitarian aid to Gaza, including electricity, fuel, and water, should be completely stopped and aid packages that have entered the region should be bombed. He urged the Israeli army to regain control over Gaza through violent attacks from both air and land.
“We must go back to war and destroy,” Ben-Gvir declared.
Meanwhile, Hamas’s military wing, the Izzeddin al-Kassam Brigades, announced that the captive exchange scheduled for February 15 was suspended due to Israel’s failure to fulfill its commitments in the cease-fire agreement.
Tensions between Israel and Gaza are on the rise once again as both sides threaten to escalate the conflict. The international community is closely monitoring the situation in the region, hoping for a peaceful resolution to the ongoing conflict.
