Another soldier from the Nahal Brigade was also reported to be seriously injured in the same incident.
This tragic event marks yet another loss for the Israeli military, with the number of soldiers killed since October 7 now reaching 671. Among them, 317 lost their lives during the ground invasion of Gaza.
