Israeli Soldiers Conduct Ongoing Raids on Al-Faria Refugee Camp in the West Bank
Israeli soldiers conducted a raid on the El-Faria Refugee Camp in the West Bank, resulting in the death of a 15-year-old child named Mahmud Ibrahim Nibrasi and injuring 5 others. The infrastructure of the camp was significantly damaged, with reports of destroyed sewerage, electricity, and water lines. The camp, home to approximately 8 thousand Palestinians, was described as a war zone during the raid, with continuous explosions and gunshots heard.
Asim Mansur, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Faria Camp, stated that Israeli forces have carried out multiple military raids on the camp since October 7, resulting in 17 Palestinian deaths and numerous detentions and injuries. The total number of Palestinians who have lost their lives in attacks by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem since October 7, 2023, has now reached 534.
The situation in the El-Faria Refugee Camp remains tense, with ongoing raids and violence causing fear and destruction among its residents. The Palestinian Ministry of Health has condemned the actions of the Israeli occupation forces and called for an end to the violence and aggression in the region.
