Hezbollah Claims Attack on Israeli Army and Tank Seizure
The Hezbollah Movement in Lebanon has claimed responsibility for recent attacks on the Israeli army, including the seizure of a “Merkava” type tank. In a statement released by the group, it was revealed that a guided missile was used to hit the tank with full accuracy at the Al-Baghdadi position.
Furthermore, the statement indicated that Israel’s intelligence equipment in the Dovev settlement was also targeted with missiles and appropriate weapons. The ongoing clashes between the Israeli army and Hezbollah since October 8, 2023 have resulted in casualties on both sides.
According to the statement, 184 Hezbollah members, 6 Amal Movement members, and 31 Lebanese civilians have been killed in the clashes. On the Israeli side, 6 civilians and 10 soldiers have also lost their lives. The situation remains tense as both sides continue to engage in conflict.
