A Terrifying Accident in Istanbul: Jeep Crashes into 6 Parked Vehicles
An alarming incident occurred around 11:00 pm in the Yıldıztabya District of Istanbul. A jeep with license plate number 34 DK 111, driven by Sinem K., crashed into 6 parked vehicles and overturned after the driver lost control of the steering wheel on Köşegen Street.
Following the accident, Sinem K. was trapped inside the vehicle, prompting residents to quickly notify the authorities. Police, fire brigade, and medical teams were immediately dispatched to the scene. Firefighters arrived and successfully rescued Sinem K. from the overturned jeep. She was then provided with first aid by medical personnel and transported to the hospital, where it was determined that she was in good health.
In order to prevent any further accidents or hazards, İGDAŞ teams arrived and shut off the natural gas supply to the neighborhood. Additionally, police teams implemented security measures in the surrounding area. The overturned jeep was later removed from the scene using a tow truck. Subsequently, an investigation into the accident was launched by the police.
As seen from the image captured at the scene, the accident resulted in significant damage to the vehicles involved. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported aside from Sinem K.’s initial predicament.
